Registrations for the 2023 FIA/FIM World Rally-Raid Championship are open

“For its second year embracing FIA & FIM, the World Rally-Raid Championships will be held over five rounds in 2023, kicking off on 1 January 31 December with the start of the 45th Dakar in Saudi Arabia.”

“The battle will then continue on one of the oldest rallies on the Championship calendar (formerly the World Cup), the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge known for its endless dunes. The change of terrain will allow other driving styles to express themselves in Central America with the Sonora Rally in Mexico at the end of April.”

“The second part of the season will be played out in South America, more specifically in Argentina, a Dakar terrain that many drivers will know and return on the Desafio Ruta 40 in August. Finally, the W2RC finale will be held on the traditional Rallye du Maroc stage mid-October.”

Attention, for race or assistance vehicles as well as equipment (spare parts, wheels...) that will not be returning with the ASO boat at the end of the Dakar rally in order to head towards the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge (25 February to 2 March 2023), it is necessary to:

Establish and upload your packing lists on the Axelerom platform by answering "Yes" to the question "Are you participating in ADDC after DAKAR RALLY ?"
The customs formalities will then be done separately for the vehicles and goods concerned.

Establish an ATA carnet for the vehicles and goods concerned and have it endorsed by the customs in Marseille via Clasquin.

To do so, please send a copy of your ATA carnet to marie.huynh nguyen@clasquin.com imperatively before 25 November and give the original to Clasquin in Le Castellet during the administrative checks. The ATA carnet will be sent back to you by express mail after the customs approval.

Gain flexibility for your logistics!
If you do not know yet which race or assistance vehicle will go to Abu Dhabi, we invite you to anticipate by establishing an ATA carnet for the vehicle concerned. This way, you will be able to make your choice during the Dakar!
